a. Interface in between actuator and valve: 4 or 8 bolt orifices according to DIN/ISO
    5211, the axle assembles orifice according to DIN 3337 
b. Interface amongst actuator and control valve: 7100 D/S-7350 D/S according to
    NAMUR or VDI/VDE 3845, 7040 D/S-7090 D/S connecting through the adapter plate 
c. Interface among actuator and sign box: in accordance to VDI/VDE 3845

Introduction
 

I. Actuator Human body
Entire body materials is aluminium alloy. Inside and exterior floor are handled with anodic oxidation and polishing. Outer floor is nickle plated so that the anti-corrosion function of actuator and minimal friction again EPT pistons can be confirmed.
 
II. End Go over
Conclude protect materials is die-casting aluminium. 
End protect is dealt with with epoxy polyester so as to be EPT promise the anti-corrosion efficiency.
 
III. Travel Shaft
The push shaft materials is medium carbon steel with good processing and nickle plating so that the pistons have much better quality in anti-corrosion, anti-friction, and so forth.
 
IV. Piston
Piston substance is die-casting aluminium alloy. 
Maxmium torque can be output when the actuator is actuated with specific stress. 
 
V. Piston Seal
NBR-70 rubber sealing is applied to ensure the regular and trustworthy functionality of actuator 
below normal temperature. FPM can be also applied according to clients’ needs.
 
VI. Vacation Adjustment
Additionally/Minus 5 degree travel can be adjusted through the two bolts.
